Session 2

I've kind of had a shaky start this semester.  I must admit that I originally took this class last semester but stopped after session two for various reasons.  For a 100 level class there is a lot of course work, but it's manageable.  A major reason I dropped this course was because of the Wikis.  Even now, I haven't the slightest clue about them.  I feel completely lost after reading the Wikis Orientation and the information is all very scrambled and presented in a very confusing way.  In a way, I feel like Blackboard 9 has enhanced online classes, but I feel like this particular facet does not benefit.   I'm sure as the weeks progress, I'll get the hang of it.  Right now, I have not idea what I'm doing.

  1. I agree with you on 100 classes and having a lot of course work. I took 102 last semester and would have like to virtually drop kick the instructor...lol. I took 103 from an instructor who works at my local library and talked to her about it. She said they wanted her to increase how much she gave students too. It is a lot in my opinion as well. Good luck from here on out.

  2. Hi, I checked my blog on a whim and was surprised to see two people from last semester, you and Wes. Good luck this semester. Once you get the hang of the wikis they get easier :-).

    1. Hi Chris,

Yes it's no wonder I dropped this class! I think I did the first two weeks and realized that it's too much work for me last semester. I do hope that I get the hang of the Wikis as the weeks progress!

      Good luck :D
